Having lived and worked in Singapore for 11 years and operated out of Hong Kong for 3 years, he possesses extensive experience across London-based global institutions. His career spans EMEA and APAC regulatory environments, providing deep cross-border governance and executive stakeholder insight.

Mark is a senior financial services leadership professional with over 22 years of experience delivering regulatory, operational, and client lifecycle transformation across international banking institutions. 

He has lived and worked internationally across Europe and Asia-Pacific, leading multi-jurisdiction programmes and coordinating delivery across London, Amsterdam, Sydney, and broader APAC markets. This international exposure provides a strong understanding of cross-border governance expectations, regulatory complexity, and global stakeholder dynamics.

Mark specialises in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC and onboarding optimisation, operating model design, and enterprise data initiatives. He has served as a senior delivery lead on large-scale CLM transformation, regulatory remediation, and programme recovery initiatives, partnering closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology to strengthen control frameworks and improve execution discipline.
